Songs by Steve was founded in 1998 by Steve Garskof, a long-time musician who realized early on that anything could be expressed lyrically and/or musically, and.. that he was really good at this stuff!  He hasn't looked back since.

Steve is also a long-time Corporate Training Professional and accomplished public speaker.  He uses his highly-developed communication and presentation skills as assets in his song creations and other audio productions.

A quick note:
As I surf the web, checking out our competitors, I've noticed that a number of companies will sell you a "Personalized" song... a song that mentions someone's name 1 or 2 times, and perhaps the color of their eyes.  These songs are all pre-recorded, where the name and eye color are "popped" into the song, and voila... a "Personalized" song is created.   In other words, the same song is used for hundreds of customers.  Many of these products are priced similarly to ours (sometimes even higher than ours!).  Remember, here at Songs by Steve, our songs are ALL-Original, from scratch, and are created uniquely for each recipient.  No two songs we've ever created are the same.  Thanks again for visiting us!
